Proposal Project
Purpose
The main goal of the training proposal to is to ensure the client, Purrfectionary (fictional) that all employees at Purrfectionary stores will achieve learning outcomes by exceeding customer service at company standard and increasing revenue. The target audience are customer service representatives, sales floor and retail associates. This project examines media design techniques used in training environments and evaluate return on investment for training and how to develop and use assessments.
Training Needs Assesment
Training needs assessment evaluates the clients problem, target audience, constraints, resources, desired state and current state.
Visualizing Data
Wireframes serves as apart of the design process for the infographics and offers five different iterations.

Project Design Brief
Project brief design which furthers the describes the learning outcomes and assessments, lists media assets and delivery method, prototype workflow production and evaluation.
eLearning Module
eLearning module was developed on Adobe XD and recorded by Screen flow. The module is a self-paced mobile app training for on-boarding and on-the-job training. Media assets include speech, video, animation and graphics.
Final Project Design Brief Presentation
Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD was used to create this culminating presentation and proposal for a learning solution package based upon the training needs assessment and project design brief .
